I never thought soy sauce ramen was so delicious.Normally, I want to eat the richness of family and Jiro, so my experience was that the soy sauce ramen was somewhat unsatisfactory.It was past 13:00 on a weekday, but it happened to enter the store smoothly.There were wonton noodles and limited miso ramen, but I chose safe soy sauce ramen because I was a beginner.Ramen soup is hot anyway!But the heat is addictive!One more cup, I can't stop drinking soup like I think.The noodles also have a good texture and are highly evaluated as soy sauce ramen!

Since I landed in Ogikubo for the first time, I went to the famous Harukiya of Wonton.There was no partition between the counter and the kitchen, it was very close, and the preparation was very fresh.Wonton 麵 was very warm and went in the winter but was sick.The wonton is made of garlic, which may be good for those who like it.The taste was soy sauce-based, but the taste was a bit blurry because of the lot of oil.I felt it would be good for those who like traditional ramen.

An authority of the traditional chuka soba, aka shoyu ramen. The ramen is on the light side but with an assertive soup that is light but very memorable. The noodle is on the thicker side, but it all comes together as a well rounded dish. This is how I remember ramen from some 20 years ago.

Visit on weekday noon. It doesn't happen to line up. Hot, oily, lightly seafood-flavored soup. It is crispy and entwined with thick noodles and delicious. Smart customer service.A little unsatisfactory in a normal serving. The price is slightly higher. There is a feeling of dryness whether the char siu happened to be a bad part.

Especially soup.It tastes boiled but is not strong and mildThere is umami coming later.I went to a popular shop because it was Ogikubo Ramen Battle Area.I expected "charshoo", so I chose "charshoo noodles", but because the charshoo wasn't good enough, I should have eaten "wantan noodles" that my friend next to "★ 4" ate.The price is slightly higher. (Tears)食 べ る It's terrible to eat side by side after 11am in the cold morning.The store is small. There is only a narrow space isolated between the counter and the back.Luggage in a round chair.Overcoat protrudes (tears)But the response to "Do you want water?"You pay the bill at the seat.Can't help it? Traditional Chinese soba is delicious. We lined up before 12 o'clock on weekdays, but we entered the store in about 5 minutes because of the fast rotation. The soup has soy sauce and seafood flavor, and the noodle soup is also delicious. The amount was a bullish setting, which was as high as 850 yen, and Omori was 1,050 yen. I felt a little high, so I chose 4 stars.

I got the large bowl; ¥1,500, with chashu pork and bamboo shoots.Let’s start with the broth — it’s a soy-based broth with seasonings, pork, and fish (baby sardines, actually) somewhere in there. There is a bit of oil on top. It’s a balanced broth — can’t say it’s thin or rich, but I drank every drop of it. The broth entertained the taste buds without overpowering it. Flavorful and nourishing.The pork is lean, and lightly-seasoned. It’s quite bland, actually, but not dry. It is easy to bite and quite easy to chew — not stringy at all. The texture reminds me of boiled pork.The bamboo shoots are superb. Sweet and soy. It’s the strong flavor in the bowl you’ll need if you want a kick on your taste buds. I guess this is the balancer for the rather bland pork.And the star — the hand-made noodles. They’re perfect. Chewy, al dente, and they take in the broth flavor really well!This is one of the best ramen bowls I ever had. No wonder they’re still here after 60 years. I will be back.

A long-established wonton noodle.Chinese soba 850 yen, char siu noodle 1350 yen, wantan noodle 1250 yen.Considering that it is 1250 yen for one cup of ramen, it is quite a price, but I came here with a lot of wonton noodles.It was lunch time, but I sat down in less than 5 minutes.Soy sauce-based soup. This place was really good.It's been there practically forever and is loved by the locals.The soup is really light and easy to put away.Highly recommend it if you're around Ogikubo StationIt was a very delicious shop. It's a store that has been open for a long time, so local people often go there. The soup is very light and easy to eat. If you are around Ogikubo Station, I highly recommend it.

The soup is hot and delicious.Feel better than when I came before.I definitely recommend wonton noodles.My favorite type of char siu is my favorite one, but the seasoning is ridiculous. Char shu wonton noodles will be quite expensive, so next is wonton noodles.
